Alumni Dues

Update your mailing address online!

The online Alumni Address Update Form should only take a couple minutes to fill out and send.

Your alumni dues contributions not only make publication of The Archi and the Alpha Rho Chi Letter possible, they also support other programs of the fraternity, such as the annual Leadership Conference. Our thanks to our alumni who have paid national alumni dues.

How to Pay Dues

National alumni dues are $75 per year (or $7 per month for monthly electronic transfers). There are three ways to pay:

Pay Online by Credit Card
You can pay dues online with our secure payment form. Alpha Rho Chi accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Automatic Monthly Electronic Transfers
You can have alumni dues deducted monthly from your checking account. This program is completely voluntary and is offered as a convenience to those who prefer to pay alumni dues automatically rather than writing a check and mailing it each year. Under this program, the minimum payment amount is $7.00 per month. If you wish, you can contribute a greater amount. Deductions will occur on the first day of the month. Download and mail this form to enroll in the program.
By mail
You can download and print the APX Alumni Dues Invoice (pdf) and send it with your check.

Notes about National Dues

Dues paid to the national fraternity do not directly benefit your alumni association or your chapter. Please continue to support the endeavors of both by contributing directly to them.

Dues and gifts are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, since Alpha Rho Chi Fraternity as a non-profit corporation is only exempt under Section 501(c)(7). However, these dues may be deductible as a professional expense. Please review with a tax authority.

For tax-deductible contributions, consider supporting the Alpha Rho Chi Foundation.
