Convention Registration and Hotel
Registration is required for each attendee to the convention, except for the business sessions which are always free to all members. This year, alumni in good standing (including paid annual national dues) may purchase a banquet-only ticket. Registered brothers may additionally register a maximum of one non-affiliated guest at the “Guest” price. Pledges and colonists are not eligible to register a guest. The guest cannot be a member, pledge, or colonist of Alpha Rho Chi, or be otherwise affiliated with Alpha Rho Chi. Guest and Banquet registrations will be verified to ensure eligibility. Please note that on-site registration is not offered this year. You MUST register within the deadlines established below.

Registration includes access to the welcome reception, keynote speaker, business sessions, workshops, tours, breakout sessions, annual awards banquet dinner, two breakfasts and one lunch. Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be limited to the venue capacity. Non-brothers will not be admitted in sessions with esoteric fraternal discussions. Paid guests will be permitted at all the meals, including the welcome reception and the awards banquet.

Tours and Workshops
Visit the Convention Schedule page for an overview of workshops, tours, and activities. Some workshops and tours are capacity limited, so be certain to register early!
Full refunds will be available up to 4 weeks prior to Convention, minus a $75 processing fee. After Feb. 28th, only a $50 refund will be available. After March 19th, no refunds will be available. Tickets may not be sold or transferred. Please email email@example.com for more information.

We have negotiated a group rate for a block of rooms. Please reserve early to ensure your spot at our host hotel. These rates will be available for 3 days prior and following the meeting dates, based on availability, should you like to extend your stay. All reservations must be made through this link.
